HOW TO COPY & PASTE FROM WORD OR TEXT DOCUMENT: If you aren't familiar with all the icons on the Bb Edit menu, here's the skinny about two that are rather important. The little icons that look like word documents, one with a "T" and one with a "W," can be useful when you want to preserve formatting created when drafted text in a word processing program first. If you used Word, use the icon with the "W." Any other text processor, use the icon with the "T" to paste the text. See the photo below.
